Founder of Growing Little Ones Wellness Retreats, Ayesha is a Mum of two, who is a passionate believer in well being, healing and fulfilment in Motherhood. She has experienced recurrent miscarriage, postnatal depression & anxiety and holds a true and deep understanding of what it takes to nurture your mind, body and soul as a Mother. Combining her knowledge and passion of Psychology, self love and spiritual growth, she has curated the most beautiful events, including those for little ones too.

Her vision is to empower Mums to nurture themselves, reclaim their energy and identity, and grow through their motherhood journey with their little one. The Wellness Retreats for Mums and unique Baby Spa experiences hold the ultimate time and space for love and connection, to build beautiful memories that last a lifetime.
