Data Notice

In compliance with the law and high data protection standards Growing Little Ones will process and retain your personal data for the purposes of enrolling you on to the course, managing your account and keeping in touch with you.

 

You may provide the data that we collect when making an enquiry or a booking via our website, email, in person or through social media.

Upon enrolling on to Growing Little Ones programmes, you will be added to our mailing list to ensure we can be in contact regarding the above. If you choose to subscribe to our future emails you will be informed of any upcoming events/news/special offers and of any changes to our professional practice. You can unsubscribe at any time by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of every email.

We store all of our data on a secure and locked laptop and on a secure drive on Google. No paper data is stored.

 

If you have opted to join Growing Little Ones WhatsApp or Facebook groups your information will also be held by the respective parties. If we are working with a third party on anything you enrol on to, such as an event, we will need to share your data with this third party.

Growing Little Ones uses photographs and video footage for promotional and advertising purposes. Before taking images/footage of your child we require permission by a parent/guardian. You will be asked whether or not you give permission when booking your course with us. Publication of images and video footage will not provide child’s name or any other personal, identifiable data. Images/footage will not be used for any other purposes than those detailed. 

As the parent/guardian you may have access to any images or videos of your child stored by Growing Little Ones at any time. Please make this request in writing. 

 

You can request a copy of all the personal data that we hold about you at any time. In accordance with our legal obligations we will provide a copy of all data. You can request removal of your data from our database at any time by informing us in writing.

Growing Little Ones will not collect or store your data for anything other than the purposes above.
