Role Overview
​
We’re looking for an Event Coordinator who is highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven, to help us deliver our soulful wellness experiences at our new Edgbaston studio!
You’ll assist in managing logistics, create nurturing environments, and elevate every moment so that mums feel rejuvenated, seen, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Guest experience oversight - ensure every detail from welcoming guests, to ensuring a flawless, serene ambiance. Assist in the set up/pack down of events. Prioritise elements like mindfulness, self-care, bonding, and beautiful keepsakes.
Marketing & Communication - event promotion via website updates, social posts, social trends, email campaigns, and outreach. Handle customer inquiries and nurture seamless bookings and follow-up experiences.
Who You Are
• Exceptionally organised and can manage multiple, detail-rich tasks.
• Professional yet nurturing—you can juggle efficiency with empathy in a wellness context.
• Comfortable supervising every element of an event, from logistical flow to ambiance.
• You're proactive, anticipatory, and enjoy elevating an experience through thoughtful touches.
• Strong communication skills—you articulate visions clearly and follow through.
• Excellent interpersonal communication—with guests, partners, and the Growing Little Ones team.
• Passionate about wellness, motherhood, and creating soulful connections.
Desirable - Experience in event planning, hospitality, wellness, spas, or early years/maternal wellbeing events.
